Return Policy

Please contact us if you have any concerns about your purchase. Returns are not accepted unless your item is defective, and are only accepted within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no refund or exchange is offered. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer. A refund to the original form of payment will be issued once a USPS or UPS tracking number has been provided to us.

Shipping Policy

All items ship out within 2-5 days of purchase, via USPS or UPS 3-day shipping. This means it may take up to 8 days for your package to arrive. You will be provided with a tracking number once your item has shipped. Once your package is handed over to USPS or UPS, no refunds are offered on lost or late packages. If an item is needed quickly, rush shipping is offered at additional cost to the customer. Please contact us before purchase to arrange for rush shipping.

No discounts are offered unless there is an ongoing sale or customer has an active coupon code.
